HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information. 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

 

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal checkout. For bank deposits, kindly follow the instructions given when selecting the bank deposit option upon check out. 

  

DO YOU ACCEPT INSTALLMENT AND LAYAWAY PLANS?

 

Credit card installment plans can be availed at our branches in Abreeza and SM Ecoland. You may also place the items on layaway plan with only 10% downpayment and the balance to be paid within 5 months. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS?

We offer D2D delivery nationwide. You may also pick-up your order/s at our branches at Abreeza or SM Ecoland Davao.

 

DO YOU OFFER RESIZING?

HOW CAN I MAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

In general, items are accepted for refund or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 7 days from the date of purchase. If in case you have received a defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped item, kindly contact 0977 822 2806 for assistance.
